When will my order ship?

Shipping and Delivery

All in stock items are shipped within 1-5 business days. Most packages will ship within 24 hours via USPS, but occasionally there will be delays. USPS delivery typically takes from 3-5 business days.  In most cases, we will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. If you have special shipping needs just let us know and we are happy to try and accommodate lisa@bloomanddecay.com

*If your item has been tracked to your mailbox, but you haven't received it, check with your neighbors or the post office. Unfortunately, I cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Bloom and Decay is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

**If you provide the wrong address and your package is sent back to Bloom & Decay Headquarters, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address.  Please double check when entering your shipping information.


What is your refund policy?

Refunds/Exchanges

*Full Priced Items: Within 20 days of purchase, you may return any full-priced, unused item, with all tags attached for a refund, store credit, or exchange (some exclusions apply, please read product descriptions for special cases). If items are sent back with a strong odor, including cigarette smoke, or have clearly been used, they will be sent back to the address on the original order.

*Coupon Code/Free Shipping/Promotion: If you used a coupon code, received free shipping, or took advantage of a promotion on a full priced item, you may exchange or return for store credit.

*Sale Items: These sales are final.

 

Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. If you need to return or exchange an item, please send it to the mailing address below. Include in the package your packing slip stating which items you are returning and let me know if you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange (if applicable). What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at lisa@bloomdandecay.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships, however we do process orders fast, and once your order ships we cannot cancel it at that time.

How do I care for my garment?

Our garments are made from repurpsoed saris - delicate laces or silks, which can be easily ruined if washed incorrectly. Make sure to hand wash in cold water and line dry. For more specific enquires on our fabrics & how to care for them please send us a message by clicking here.
